the 2nd Free). You will then pay for these CDs.
If you requested to purchase a 12th CD from
me, I will then contact you via e-mail and request that you
send me a check for $3.00. Please be sure to reply to my
e-mail message within a months time, or you risk forfeiting
your 12th CD. After I receive this check, I will have the
12th CD shipped to you. Please be sure to provide a valid e-mail address,
as this is the way that you will be contacted.
A $1.49 enrollment fee may be charged.
